The combined positive impact of in-store visibility, positioning and accessibility are all essential if consumers are to consider a Retail purchase. Clear on-shelf ranging, labelling and pricing are the next components shoppers look for. These seem like obvious in-store necessities, but unfortunately for Brands, are often overlooked…

Training Programs

Our full-time permanent field teams are built up of individuals with strong backgrounds in Consumer Electronics.

Existing relationships with local store management teams enables us to convert in-store Sales Associates into knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors.

Bespoke educational and training programmes are created based upon specific objectives and timeframes.

Regular updates, meetings and live reporting tools ensures that we are constantly aligned with our Client’s objectives.

New Partner Acquisition

We have built successful Reseller Partner Programmes for our Brands, from conception to execution, and utilised our Channel relationship to identify and sell the programmes into appropriate SMB Resellers & VARS across the UK, Ireland and Benelux.
Engaging and motivating new Resellers for Brands requires a deep understanding of channel dynamics, Partner expectations, and realistic forecasting of potential revenue. The expertise within our in-house Telemarketing and Telesales teams, coupled with our highly credible field-based sales and product training teams allows us to offer our Brands the capacity to reach this incremental business.

Auditing and Compliance

A positive consumer experience is what every brand strives for, our mystery shopping teams follow the footsteps of a customer to gain an essential insight into your proposition, positioning and critically the level of sales teams’ product knowledge and confidence.

We work collaboratively with our Brands to scope the project for maximum results against their specific objectives, reporting back through detailed app-based questionnaires, store team anecdotal feedback and photographic evidence. 

Beyond the remit of most agencies, our experienced teams also pull together a detailed account of your competitors' instore activities, allowing us to identify trends and new sales opportunities. 

'Telling it as it is' feedback ensures that your brand vision is being delivered, and takes you well down the road to converting shoppers into customers.

B2B Sales 

We work closely with Direct Market Resellers and Distributors within the Consumer Electronics sector. These are key Channel Partners to our Brands.

Assisted Sales Days or Vendor desk days give Brands the opportunity to promote and educate the sales teams within these high-volume fast turnaround Partners. In our experience, Brand’s internal resource is often limited to cover regular events with their major Partners, so our Brands utilise our dedicated sales trainers to become their representatives on these days. This is effectively an extension of their own in-house team that can be scaled up/down to hit key targets or maximise launch periods.
