Like many other businesses, throughout the pandemic we have had to adapt and change the way we work and create new ways of delivering services for our Brands. Over the past few months we have successfully created and grown the online virtual solutions that we can offer.
Starting with the roll out of our Online Virtual Expert Advisor platform in September, which instantly connects end-user customers with a brand expert advisor for virtual advice, Retail Profiling have rapidly adapted the product training and demonstrations we offer which can now be provided through online and virtual platforms.
This week our team have been delivering training sessions for ASUS and BOSCH at the Dixons Peak Conference which, for the first time ever, is being held online. The 3D virtual conference gives Dixons Carphone staff the opportunity to get up to speed with the latest products being sold in stores, ready for the Christmas peak trading period.
After significant investment in our infrastructure to deliver these kinds of online services, we are ready and fully equipped to deliver these new services to new and existing clients. No one knows what 2021 will bring, but we are confident that whether our Brands require face 2 face optimisation or virtual delivery, Retail Profiling are ready to continue to exceed expectations.
