Client Project Coordinator
As a key part of our growing Client Services team based at our HQ, this role involves the coordination of our Client’s field marketing projects, through close management of objectives, planning and events, as well as analysing results and reporting back to our Consumer Electronics Clients.

You will be the first point of contact for your own Client list and therefore you must quickly develop your understanding of our Clients’ needs as well as being a capable relationship builder with an ability to work under pressure.
To be most successful in this role you will likely have:
- An understanding of the importance of Client budgets and spend
- Exceptional organisational skills, be proactive, driven and Client focussed
- Analytical skills to interpret data and proactively propose solutions
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
- Previous experience in project management, business development, customer services, or client relationship management is important.
This is a full-time role, primarily based at our HQ, but with some travel to client meetings and events across the UK or mainland Europe.

Full Job Description
We are a leading, globally recognised full-service field marketing agency who represent some of the world’s most high profile and well-known consumer electronic and technology brands.
Based at the beautiful Country Aske Business Estate near Richmond, you will be part of the HQ team and will support the Client Account Manager’s in coordinating and project managing some amazing field marketing projects on behalf of some global consumer electronic and technology brands.
You will be supporting a major brand with information analysis, transferring and condensing data into a simple system database. You will be creating reports and presentations and communicating them confidently efficiently and in a timely manner to managers and clients.
You will support key product launches within retail and at national events, utilising key skills in data input, Microsoft excel, customer service, project planning and coordination, as well as exceptional time management skills.
As well as utilising these key skills, you must also be confident communicator both with clients and within your own team and the wider business.
Core responsibilities of this position:
· Managing a major clients’ reporting by using multiple software platforms to collate data
· Be data focused and have a passion for analytics
· Project coordination and support of brand activity, liaising with all involved both internally and externally to ensure successful delivery.
· Create, maintain, and review online reporting systems to ensure they reflect the objectives of the brand activity.
· Produce activity summaries for each brands activity that you are supporting.
· Prioritise daily to ensure deadlines are hit and workload is managed closely.
· Ensure regular contact with your clients including calls, emails and recording communication on the CRM system, as well as attending face to face and virtual meetings alongside the Client Account Managers as required
