Based at the beautiful Aske Country Estate near Richmond, in the Yorkshire Dales, our offices are in listed buildings, right next door to the famous Mocha chocolate-makers and Café.

We are a leading, globally recognised field marketing organisation who represent many of the world’s most high profile and well-known consumer brands, including Bosch Siemens & Samsung.

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with experience within a fast moving commercial organisation to join our talented team. In this role you would report directly to, and be #2 to our Finance Director, with the opportunity to progress and take on full financial management in the mid/longer-term.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Purchase, sales and nominal ledger postings and reconciliations
  • Assisting with monthly management accounts
  • Keeping financial records
  • Budget analysis and management
  • Calculating and posting of month-end journals including accruals, prepayments and deferred income
  • VAT Returns
  • Preparing annual cost centre budgets and quarterly departmental variance reports
  • Monitoring weekly cashflow
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting monthly payroll

To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate critical skills and experience, including;

  • Be qualified to a minimum AAT level 4/part qualified CIMA
  • Demonstrate experience in a similar commercial role
  • Have strong attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Have strong IT skills in Office 365 programs, and specifically Excel
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative
  • Have strong problem-solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software an advantage

Retail Profiling are looking for highly motivated people who are passionate about delivering excellence in a variety of Retail Stores . At Retail Profiling we have an opportunity for you to represent highly recognised and market-leading, global technology brands. Are you looking for flexible work, in your area? Role Overview:

  • You will be going into stores to complete your calls and effectively report back on your in-store findings within a specified date range
  • Full training for each great brand / campaign you work on
  • Great rates of pay – varies depending on location and campaign
  • Commissions / Bonus Structures for long term campaigns

What is expected in my role?

You will need a Smart phone or tablet for reporting and a good understanding of taking great pictures of your store activity

You must adhere to health and Safety standards whilst working in store at all times

Ideal experience:

The ideal candidate will be someone who has or is still working in a retail environment and has the time to add in some extra casual work, but is committed to the activity.
