During December’s peak period, with just 2 weeks notice, we were given a 3 day window to update POS materials across a total of 220 Currys PC World stores. Our Logistics and Planning Team worked with Samsung's store list to create the most efficient plan of execution before communicating this to Dixons.
Early in 2018 Swann was introduced into Dixons – the first CCTV Brand to launch into this new category range. The main focus identified was to train store staff on the Swann range, with a vision to make Swann the #1 choice for Home CCTV. Training was not limited to the shop floor, our Swann Brand Ambassadors also conducted training in Business Centres.
Kärcher are a well-deserved market leader, but their products sit in a very competitive sector within key Retailers, and they had recognised limited impact in their in store displays and a lack of knowledge across store sales teams in Holland.
We continue to represent STRAX across the Carphone Warehouse estate and more recently throughout Vodafone stores, increasing brand and product awareness.
Our innovative strategy was a resounding success, for Wacom, their Retail Partner and over 900 customers who engaged in the theatre we had created. During the course of this campaign we increased unit sales by 3000%.
