About Mike

Briefly, I founded Retail Profiling in 1994 after a decade of learning the retail channel at senior management level. I’d like to say I had a light bulb moment, but actually like most great business ideas, it formed and shaped slowly for 10 months, during which time you are working for free! There is no substitute for hard work and determination, but you need to believe in the service or product you are offering.

The next ingredient is a great team, and almost 24 years later we are working with many of the most exciting global CE Tech brands. I remain 100% convinced about the value of our services, and our genuine ability as a team to deliver ROI for our Brands. Check out or testimonials and case studies, they make us very proud.
