Briefly, I founded Retail Profiling in 1994 after a decade of senior retail leadership roles. I’d like to say I had a light bulb moment, but actually like most sustainable business ideas, it formed and shaped slowly for 12 months, during which time you are working for free! There is no substitute for hard work and determination, but you need to believe in the service you are offering.
