As the company continues to grow, I am responsible for ensuring all positions across departments and territories are filled with the best possible talents, whilst also building upon our strong pool of candidates in readiness for campaign activities.
I work closely with key managers to develop and implement new recruitment strategies and processes. Communicating daily with Client Managers to ensure that Client objectives and requirements are met. I also work with our Training department to organise the relevant training development per candidate.
Due to the nature of our work, no two days are ever the same for me. Whether I am recruiting for a full-time position to join our Head Office team, a permanent and dedicated Field Team of Ambassadors, or a skill-specific engagement expert for a short-term promotional, sales campaign. Regardless of the role, our teams all share the same values, passion and commitment to the development of our Brand partners.
