Emma has a degree in Accountancy Studies and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Having worked for the MOD in various locations since 1992, assisting with budgeting and forecasting and the implementation of commercial accounting systems, Emma then joined Retail Profiling in 2004 as a key member of the senior management team, with responsibility for company finances.
She lives locally in Ravensworth with her husband and two children.
