Our internal resource are stretched supporting our current partners.


Extend resource to assist with increasing sales and training capabilities across DMR partners to optimise brand awareness and unit sales.


  • Micron delivered direct training to our team ensuring they were briefed and trained on the brand and product ranges they would be focusing on.
  • Further training and access given to Microns CRM and the special bids systems, enables our team to support further with reporting and special bids.
  • Our team work across 20+ of their DMR partner sites conducting weekly and monthly visits to enable a high standard to be achieved with objectives of each visit being met.
  • Initial visits focus on training and getting the sales teams on board. Once relationships are established focus is given to one to one interaction to highlight key selling points and key accounts along with special bids assistance.
  • Activity is supported by our Field team operations Manager, with additional support of our two regional product managers. Further support is given outside of vendor days to the sales teams on leads, special bids and quotations.


Micron has experienced substantial high growth increase of their Crucial and Lexar brands.

Our regular presence has enabled us to build relations with sales teams and product managers on Microns behalf which have assisted to build brand awareness, collect valuable commercial feedback and provide assistance to close sales all whilst increasing Microns presence.

With their extended resource actively supporting their current partners Micron’s internal resource has been able to focus on acquiring new partners and work towards achieving their long term goals.
