Client Development Manager UKI

We are currently looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our client management team.

The role will involve taking responsibility for project managing a number of high profile consumer electronic brands to help them to maximise their sales through field marketing techniques, such as in store merchandising, brand awareness and store staff training.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to motivate others and liaise across all areas of the business to ensure client delivery is of the highest standard and meets your clients’ objectives and expectations. Our Client Development Managers are the first point of contact for our clients and therefore we are looking for someone who has ability to quickly develop their understanding of our clients’ needs as well as being a capable relationship builder with an ability to work under pressure. The right candidate must have exceptional organisational skills, be proactive, driven and client focussed as well as having the ability to write commercially sound client reports and proposals that demonstrate our services and ability to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

This is a full time position and is based at our Head office on the Aske Estate near Richmond, North Yorkshire based but with the need for attendance at regular client meetings across the UK.

Recruitment Administrator 

We are currently looking to expand our HR team and have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team initially on a 6 month contract.  As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be supporting with all aspects Recruitment. Your key recruitment responsibilities will be supporting the resource planning for retail demonstration projects, advertising positions, co-ordinating the recruitment mailbox and carrying out the administrative aspects of the recruitment process (short listing, arranging interviews, writing letters and fulfilling the on boarding processes). 

You will also have key HR responsibilities that include; holiday and absence planning and other administrative tasks regarding HR matters including ensuring all HR filing systems are up to date.

The ideal candidate should have a strong administration background, excellent organisational skills, have really good attention to detail, have excellent communication skills as well as being a confident user of Microsoft packages and Outlook.

This is a full time position (37.5 hours) and is based at our Head office on the Aske Estate near Richmond, North Yorkshire.
