Retail Profiling was founded in 1994 by Mike Evans. We are widely recognised by our clients as the premier field-based sales development organisation for the ICT channel.
1994 – Contracted by vendors to provide Strategic Retail Consultancy
1996 - Developed a core field activity of premium ‘Sales-Out’ support

1997 – Introduced ‘Interim Account Management’ capability
1998 – Employed dedicated sales teams to support Mail Order & Distribution
2001 – Field support extended into Benelux, Germany, Austria & Switzerland
2002 – Designing & implementing Reseller Programmes for Software Publishers
2003 – Moved into our new custom-built HQ in North Yorkshire. Specialised training & sales activity within Direct Mail Resellers
2004 – New Reseller team now delivers hands-on ‘Account Management’ and sales & product training to major SMB Resellers
2005 – Extended our regional support into Hardware. Launched Reseller Education Programme for Brigantia Resellers
2006 - New Dedicated Team established, for vendors seeking increased focus and specific personnel
2007 - EMEA & India coverage providing CALL CENTRE training capability. Dedicated full-time team in Benelux offering our full range of services.
2008 - VAR Account Management team established across UK & Benelux.
2009 - In store 'Sales Specialists' introduced to maximise Retail investments.
